Dress code


Members, Guests and Visitors must maintain a reasonable standard of dress both on the course and in the clubhouse.

The Manager, Steward and any current member of the Management Committee have authority to bring to the attention of any member, guest or visitor any infringement of the Dress Code below:

In The Clubhouse

Acceptable

  • Smart casual attire
  • Tailored shorts
  • Polo shirts with collars or roll necks
  • Shoes not previously worn on the course

Unacceptable

  • Hats
  • Torn or dirty trousers/denim jeans
  • Track suits
  • Golf Shoes
  • Collarless/sleeveless shirts
  • Outdoor wear
  • Vest tops

On The Course

Acceptable

  • Conventional golf attire
  • Polo shirts with collars or roll necks
  • Sleeveless shirts with collars (Ladies only)
  • Tailored shorts with socks

Unacceptable

  • Torn or dirty trousers/denim jeans
  • Track suits or football/rugby shirts
  • Tee shirts
  • Non-tailored shorts eg football/cargo
  • Footwear not designed for golf
  • Garments displaying slogans

Conduct

  • Please note that mobile phones may not be used to make phone calls on the Course or in the Clubhouse. Please ensure that your telephone is on silent mode.
  • Treat all members, visitors and staff with respect
  • No foul, offensive or abusive language
