Captains December Update

Dear Fellow Members

With the days growing shorter it is very pleasing to see the members getting out and playing the course. We are fortunate to be open when many other courses must close.

As in previous years we have implemented several sections of stakes and ropes around the course. Please do not move or climb over these areas. They are there to protect your course.

From the 13^th green golfers will be required to follow the marked path to the road. Golfers can then continue their round or leave the course via the road to the car park.

The Winter competition on Sunday December 17 will not be a shotgun start. Members will be able to book from their BRS app into the competition from Friday 1 December as per a normal club competition.

In April 2024 the club will be hosting the Scottish Girls Championship. Please contact the office if you would like to be a volunteer throughout the week. Roles include spotting on the course and range monitor.

Work on the trolley store has been completed. Please close the main door after you use the trolley store.

Finally, I would like to wish all the members and their families a Merry Christmas.
