7.30am, or 30 minutes before start of club competition, to 2pm

Sunday

8am to 2pm

These hours may be subject to change.

N.B.

Monday Bank Holidays Office & Shop opening hours 8am-3pm. Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years holidays.

Gents Wednesday Medal. Office & Shop will open 30 minutes before first tee time.

If the Office is closed all green fees must be paid for prior to play at the bar.

On competition days the course will be reserved for Open Competitors. For late entries please contact the office on 01461-204100. Please enter accurate CDH numbers for all players.

 

NB. There are no refunds for Open Competition cancellations. No amendments to pairings can be made on the day of the competition.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

OPEN COMPETITIONS: Full payment of the entry fee will be deducted from your card at the time of booking. OpenPlay, IGolf & FlexiGolf enterants will be Charged the full standard green fee to play in Open competitions on arrival at the course.

When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose
to pay the balance by cash/cheque instead of debit or credit card. You should report to the office before beginning your round. If the office is closed,
you should call in after your round is complete or see the steward in the clubhouse.

Cancellation Policy
===================
If you cancel your booking more than 1 month before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card and your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 month in advance, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

OPEN COMPETITIONS: No refunds will be given. NB. No amendments to pairings can be made on the day of the competition.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), your deposit will be refunded in full.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Open Competitions
=================
The club reserves the right to amend any open competition entry made online by 30 minutes either before or after the tee time booked.

No refunds will be given. NB. No amendments to pairings can be made on the day of the competition.

Singles competition play will be in 2 or 3 balls only.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don’t have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear – shoes or sandals – should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.
