This is a new competition being promoted by Scottish Golf in association with St. Andrews, it is open to all junior members, girls and boys, who are under 18 years of age at 00:01 on Jan 1st, 2026
There are Two handicap categories: those with Handicap Indexes from 8.5 – 19.4 and those with Handicap Indexes from 19.5 – 54.
The winners from each category in the home club Qualifier will be added to a national leaderboard, with the chance to be selected to play in the finals. This opportunity includes a practice round on the 17th October, with the Finals on the 18th October at St Andrews. The finals will be played on the Eden course (8.5-19.4 handicap index final) and on the Strathtyrum Course (19.5-54 handicap final).
Financial support is on offer from SG and St. Andrews for any juniors requiring significant travel to attend the Final.
