JOB DESCRIPTION: Seasonal Greenkeeping Assistant (20 hours per week)

Responsible To: Head Greenkeeper

Responsible for ensuring:

That the course is kept in a first-class playing condition, and that it and the surrounding areas, within the boundaries of the course, are tidy, well presented and maintained.

Specific Duties:

• Maintain bunkers in first class condition by daily raking, ensuring there is adequate sand in each bunker and that it is evenly and correctly distributed.
• Ensure all rubbish baskets on course and around the clubhouse are emptied and clean at all times.  Keep clubhouse area weed free and swept at all times.
• Maintain and keep clean “on course” toilets.
• Assist qualified staff to maintain course as instructed.
• Carry out course divoting.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Seasonal Bar Person (Flexible hours as required)

Responsible To: Bar Steward

Specific Duties:

• Bar duties as directed by Bar Steward including an efficient and friendly service to

members and visitors, maintenance of high standards of hygiene.

• Comply with the requirements of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005
• Take orders for food when required
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
